Advertisement #3-Bic Razor

The purpose of the ad is to grab the consumers attention as they are on a road trip.
The intended audience is any man or woman that do shave any part of their bodies to remove hair.
The ad is clever and works more with a large prop, but the type of razor is a little bit of a mystery because it is a little hard to read.
I don't think the textual content really plays any sort of role in persuading the consumer because it is so small. The largest influence is of course the large razor cutting the field of grass.
Perception is definitely the main communication element just because of the fact the razor is larger than life.
The cultural value promoted is the fact that there are those places on our bodies that do feel like we are simply cutting grass when we shave that part of our body.
The huge razor cutting the grass works great but the type is so small on the billboard it is really hard to make out who makes the razors. Also maybe a different color background could have worked or not. Maybe the simplicity of the plain white is nice and clean.
