Advertisement #2-Samsung

The purpose of the ad is to reach to the rockers that play their music on their cell phone. The intended audience is definitely the consumer that probably already owns a Samsung cell phone that like music playing ability on their phone.
The ad is nice because the nice lighter blue circle around the central figure helps us focus in on truly what the picture is after we read the text that looks as if its racing in from the lower left hand corner.
The visual and textul content work together because without the words I don't think the observer would truly get what the pile of phones are making visually. It took me a minute but I saw it after reading the text a second time. After the influenced Dio rock hand is made out from the pile of cell phones it gives the observer a sense of "rock."
This ad touches on the identification communication by relating to the rock tribe and those who have held up the Dio influenced rock hand. It also communicates the emotional part of advertising by reaching those that are interested in music.
This ad speaks to the large impact music and technology can have on our daily lives and influence many.
I think it is all great because it takes the viewer a few seconds to really see what the pile of cell phones are portraying. I also really like how the words are racing in from the side as if they are rocking out to the music as well.
